I grew up in the Czech Republic, where real food and family meals were a way of life.
Years later, life in the U.S.- raising two boys, navigating stress, and not having enough time to take care of myself -left me feeling exhausted, inflamed, dealing with variety of gut issues, migraines, and disconnected from my own body.

When I discovered the power of whole-food-superfoods nutrition and detoxification, and learned more about the damaging effect of the typical SAD diet in the US, everything changed. My energy came back, my digestion healed, and I felt like me again. 

Today, I’m passionate about helping other women experience that same transformation* to feel vibrant, clear-minded, and confident in their bodies again.
